General How do I set up my account using a coupon or special offer I received? You may email us at admin@choicedentist.com, and we can help you set up your discounted listing. Alternatively,visit the Contact Us page and let us know what offer you would like to redeem and on what listing. Where do I send questions about the directory? You can visit the "Contact Us" page, by clicking the link on top of any page. Once there, just let us know the nature of your question, problem, suggestion or concern, click submit, and we will do what we can to help. What is the difference between Standard, Choice and Prime listings? The best way to get a feel for the difference between the listings we offer is to see some of them. If you search in zip codes 85044 or 85224, you will see that our listings are very customizable to give your practice the presence you are looking for. Please visit our Dentist Center to learn more about each level. Adding Listings What should I do if my dental practice is not listed in the directory? Visit our dentist center by clicking the link at the top or bottom of any page. Here you will see the different listing levels offered by MyChoiceDentist. Once you choose your subscription level, click on it and log-in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you will prompted to create one. Once logged in, you can create a listing, edit your listing, or upgrade to a Choice or Prime Listing. The dentist I go to is not in the directory. How can he be added? We have made every effort to ensure that this is comprehensive list of all dentists in the United States. If, however, you don't see your dentist on MyChoiceDentist, let him or her know about the site and that he may be missing the opportunity to attract new patients. Correcting Listings How do I update my listing if it is inaccurate? If your listing has the wrong address or phone number it should be fixed right away so you are not missing new patients' phone calls. On the search results page or the actual listing, click "Claim your listing for free." You will then log-in or be prompted to create an account. Once you have claimed your listing, you will be able to log-in to the site and edit or upgrade your listing. If you prefer, you can click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of any page, and let us know how we can correct, edit, or even delete listings. Problems Searching Why can I not find a dentist in my zipcode? The search returns results based on distance. If you are not finding a sufficient number of dentists from which to choose, try expanding the search radius to 5 or more miles. When I search, why do I get dentists that are not in my area? The search is based on distance, results may be returned that are not actually in your zip code but are within the radius of the search. You can reduce the search radius to narrow your results. If you like, you can even search with a radius of 0 and receive results only in your zip code. |
